General Returns & Refunds
Even though the following guidlines apply to most products, depending on the product you have purchased, there may be specific rules that apply to your purchase.
You may return an unopened item wihtin 15 days of your purchase date for a full refund or exchange. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs -- unless stated otherwise by the merchant for the specific item purchased. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

How long...
- You may request a return a merchandise you have purchased for exchange or refund within 15 days of your purchase date
- Please allow the merchant you purchased the product from 3 to 5 business days to process your request
- The time it takes for you to receive your refund in your credit card will depend on the bank that issued the credit card to you
